Evergreen is now seeking compassionate, talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living Memory Care Unit.

Evergreen is a non-profit senior living organization serving adults ages 55 and better, located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh.

PM shift is 3:00pm-9:00pm, 7 shifts per 2-week pay period.

• CBRF's PREFERRED.
• Pick up pay an extra $4/hr.
• Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13-$17 per hour with annual wage increase opportunities.
• Shift differentials apply for PM and NOC.

As a Resident Assistant you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc).
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs.
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.

Minimum requirements:

• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
