Evergreen has an opportunity for a Maintenance Person to join its team!

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm but open to flexibility. This position is a part of a 5-6 week on-call rotation that includes weekends and holidays.

Wage starting at $17-20/hr. (based on experience) with annual wage increase opportunities.

As a Maintenance Person you will:

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance/repairs for lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Responsible for completing maintenance work requests
• Setting up rooms for meetings and events
• Hanging pictures and other maintenance tasks
• Provide building on-call services on a scheduled rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.

  Minimum qualifications:

• Valid State of Wisconsin driver license
• Previous experience with providing maintenance to lighting fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Flu vaccine required annually
