Evergreen Oshkosh is seeking compassionate people to join the team in its Assisted Living!

AM shift is 6am-2:15pm, 6 shifts per 2-week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday required. Hourly wage starts at $15.13/hour+ based on experience and certifications.

As a Caregiver you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
