Evergreen is now seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to join our team in Assisted Living for our Memory Care residents at Sharehaven, full-time!

AM shift: 7:00am-3:00pm, 8 shifts per 2-week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday required.

• Medication Administration is required for this opening
• Pick-up pay extra $4/hr
• Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13-16.00 per hour, PLUS $1 per hour for medication passing.
• Flu shots are required for all staff annually, October through March.

Our Caregivers get to:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
