Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the team in our Assisted Living household! Medication Administration is required for this full-time opening. Med passers get an extra $1 per hour, as well as the shift differential!

PM shift: 2:00pm-10:15pm, 7 shifts per 2-week pay period.

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Base hourly wage is $16.75/hour base plus $2 per hour for the shift differential.

• CBRF Medication Administration preferred
• Paid training
• Pick up pay an extra $2hr
• Annual wage increase

As a Caregiver you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 17 years of age
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
• Flu shot required annually Oct-March
