Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the team in our Assisted Living household! Medication Administration is required for this position,

PM shift 2:00pm-10:15pm

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Base hourly wage is $15.13+/hour based on experience and certifications. PM's include a $2 per hour shift differential.

• CBRF certifications are needed for this position
• Paid training
• Pick up pay an extra $4/hr
• Annual wage increase

• As a Resident Assistant you will:
• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years of age
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
• Flu shot required annually Oct-March
