Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the team in our Assisted Living household!

PM shift 4:30pm-9:30pm, 6 shifts per 2 week pay period.

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Base hourly wage is $15.13+/hour based on experience and certifications. PM shifts include a $2 per hour shift differential.

• CBRF certifications preferred
• Paid training
• Pick up pay an extra $4/hr
• Annual wage increase

As a Caregiver you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 17 years of age
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
• Flu shot required annually Oct-March
