Evergreen is now seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living Memory Care unit! You get to work a straight 8-hour shift meals included!

PM shift 3:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. Every other weekend and holiday required.

• Pick up pay an extra $2/hr.
• Hourly wage is $15.75 base, plus $2 per hour shift differential. Annual wage increase opportunities available.
• Med Passing is an extra $1 per hour for that day

  Memory Care caregiving duties are:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs .
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
