Evergreen now has an opportunity to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregivers for the PM shift.

Shift hours are: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm 8 shifts per 2-week pay period, or 3pm to 11pm, 5 shifts per 2-week pay period.

Responsibilities:
As an Assisted Living Caregiver, you will:
- Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
- Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
- Report changes in residents' conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
- Document care and services provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications:
- Preferred CBRF certifications
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Additional Information:
- Volunteering for any open shift earns $4/hour pick-up pay
- Competitive wages $15.50 to $16 per hour, with annual wage increase opportunities
- $2/hour shift differential for the PM shift
