Evergreen is now seeking compassionate, talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living Memory Care Unit.

Part-time hours are: 3:00pm-9:00pm, and 3:00pm-11:00pm; 9 shifts per 2-week pay period.

Evergreen is a non-profit senior living organization serving adults ages 55 and better, located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh.

For this position:

• CBRF's are preferred
• Pick-up pay an extra $4/hr
• Competitive wages based on experience. Starting base pay is $15.13-$16 per hour with annual wage increase opportunities
• Shift differentials apply--$2/hr on PM shift

As a Caregiver you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
