Evergreen is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team full-time. This role is vital in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone who uses them.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of work orders, including:
  • General repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Life safety and compliance inspections
  • Event setups and teardowns
  • Garbage and recycling collection
  • Moving furniture
• Travel between multiple locations (valid driver’s license required)
• Participate in snow removal and other weather-related maintenance, including after-hours and on-call work

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and computers to track and manage work orders and research fixes
• Professionalism, accountability and a teamwork mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus (Not certified? No problem – we’ll cover the cost for the right candidate to obtain this within the first six months!)

Compensation

• Pay range: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
