We're Hiring: Van Driver – Make a Difference One Ride at a Time!

Are you someone who loves being on the road, enjoys good conversation, and wants to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? If you answered "yes," we want YOU to join our team as a Van Driver!

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate individual to help transport our amazing residents to and from their personal errands, social outings, and medical appointments. This isn’t just a driving job—it’s a chance to brighten someone’s day and be a trusted part of their journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for every passenger
• Assist residents in and out of the van as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Communicate with staff about schedule changes or special accommodations

What You Bring:

• A valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record (including no DUIs within the past 5 years)
• A big heart and a helpful attitude
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges (we’ll train you if needed!)

The schedule is every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 9am-4pm and there are opportunities to pick up additional hours/shifts to fill in for other Drivers' vacation time, illness and additional trips as they are scheduled.

Hourly wage range (based on experience): $14.27-$17.13
